Starving artists unite!
Well, it's not that bad. Since I left my "real job" to design and build lightsabers full time, I have not missed one mortgage payment. It's nice to be scratching a living at something I love.
The art of what I do drives me to be better, and I have dreams of designing lightsabers for cover art and video games. I'm a little old fashioned in that I design and build the actual peice you can hold in your hand, not a digital image. Or maybe it's just that I'm old.
